There's a story out there. A story parents would tell their kids before bed. A story of their history and that of good morals. A story of a war and a betrayal. Yes, the great war. the war that was waged for eons. The five kingdoms fought tirelessly against themselves. For land, control, and resources... no one was ever satisfied. Always wanting more until the words began to crumble away. Magic began to seep into the world they new warping it... changing it. The kingdoms scrambled for the power knowing whoever possessed the magic was all powerful. In the war to control it the kingdoms began to fall to ruin. They learned the magic was far to twisted and chaotic for one place to control. They created what is known as the treaty of Aesir, with combined the five kingdoms under one, ruled over by five chosen royals, before all five then descended the pit to suppress the magic. In the attempt, the magic seeped into there very cores giving them all the power and turning them into hosts for the world to call on. They held the magic and gave the world magic in return. They thought they had won. They thought with the treaty everything would now be safe and hold. One did not agree. The cursed Kingdom of Raviera with its barier of the dark flame began to twist everything about. Wanting even more power and praying on the other kingdoms by way of shadow. Eventually, the treaty was broken and the four other kingdoms faught back against the Dark prince, finally trapping him away in crystal. Thus started the new treaty of Aesiran... The four kingdoms finally at peace... The dark prince traped in earth for all time to forget... to wither away in memory... Raviera now dust and dirt. a whisper in the wind. Patton is one year away from becoming a teacher, soon all he'll have to do is his in-person training and he'll have his dream job. Logan has gained several new students who he helps to tutor. And Roman is not only close to a promotion at work but has been in several plays these past few months. But of course, we all know that happiness doesn't last forever. The others begin to feel like they're being watched. Trouble arrives at their doorstep and right when they think they're rid of it again something else happens. People are after them, they want all four of them but the reason they want Virgil is different than why they want Patton, Logan, and Roman. People long forgotten and forgiven have pushed themselves back into their lives. But they have to ask themselves; Are the people who found them, the people they say they are?

Logan and Patton are the parents of the adopted 3 year old twins Remus and Roman. Dean (Deceit) is a single father of adopted 3 year old Virgil, who just moved in to the house across the street. Virgil, though only 3, deals with extreme anxiety, he's a slow learner so he doesn't talk very much and rarely, if not ever, leaves Dean's side and has developed trust issues and PTSD due to the incident that caused them to move in the first place. Unfortunately due to the new circumstances, Dean now has to work so that they can afford to live and is unable to afford for Virgil to go to daycare. Since Patton is a stay at home dad and was very friendly the first time meeting, Dean puts Virgil in his care also hoping that it will help Virgil with his social skills and being around other kids his age. Superpowers are extremely rare. 1 in 1,000 teenagers will discover their hidden powers. Roman, Patton, Logan, and Virgil have been friends since grade school. Unfortunately Virgil had moved away in the 6th grade. It was that year that all 4 of them had discovered they had superpowers. Logan, Patton, and Roman or Logic, Morality, and Creativity(Prince) were tracked down by the International Superhero Association (ISA) and trained how to properly use their powers for good. Virgil however was kidnapped before the ISA could get to him instead being taught how to use his powers for evil. One day in 8th grade our 3 closeted (in both sexuality and power wise) hero's heard a tragic tale. A tale of their old friend Virgil Rinds, the boy who killed himself. And from that day forward they promised to protect as many people as they could. When a new super villian, Anxiety, comes to town, it's up to our hero's Logic, Morality, and Prince, to save the day. And then things get complicated. Little bit of trigger warnings in the backstories but other than that it should be clean. Specific chapters will have warnings of they need to.
