'Here?' asked a younger but tired looking Snape. 'I don't know the first thing to raise a child and it's not like its a normal child. She will be famous. Every child in the entire wizarding world will know her name and you're asking me to raise her?' 'Yes, I am,' Dumbledore said. 'Your love for dear Lily will ensure your loving care for this girl. She has the same red hair and green eyes as Lily.' Dumbledore whispered to a red-eyed Snape. A low rumbling sound had broken the silence of Spinner's End. It grew steadily louder as they looked up and down the street for some sign of a headlight; it swelled to a roar as they both looked up at the sky and a huge motorcycle fell out of the air and landed on the road in front of them. 'Hagrid,' said Dumbledore sounding relieved, 'At last. No problems were there?' 'No, sir, the house was almost destroyed, but I got them both our all right before the Muggles showed up. She fell asleep on our way from Privet Drive,' Hagrid said as he handed Dumbledore a bundle of blankets, short locks of red hair poking out. Dumbledore looked at the sleeping baby for a while then gently placed her in Snape's arms. 'They named her Lyra, after one of their dear friends who sadly passed,' Dumbledore said with twinkling eyes. 'Lyra,' Snape whispered, a single tear dripping down his face and lading in the flaming red locks.
