[Entry into the #fiveyearssincecollabcontest.] -------------- Five years is enough to forget how warm and fuzzy their pure hearted friendship used to be between Lola the fashionista, Victor the sportsman, Tolu the actor, Rex the recording artist, and of course, the always forgotten Chinny the baker. Summer camp in a tiny Nigerian forest, by some twist of fate, pours these eccentric personalities right under the same roof for the second time and while it should be a splendid event with promising entreaties and fun, it is not so rosy with a handful of caustic and downright callous secrets and grudges being laid out in the open for all to hear - including the happiness thief. Five friends may just realize that their former relationship had been but a coat of chocolate on scorpions or had it been chocolate and scorpions? This sixpence may finally understand why they were unknowningly ecstatic to sever contacts from one another and why they should leave it that way. Sixpence because Chinny the baker refers to herself as two. #4 on #fiveyearssincecollabcontest.

Bob has got to be the worst vampire in the world. Without a guide to learn how to be a good vampire, he's making it up as he goes along... while holding down a day job. [Previously Featured #2 Vampire ] ***** Everything I'm about to tell you is a lie. Well, except the parts that actually happened, but I'm supposed to let you guess which those are. The parts about me being a vampire, working at a porn shop, and being completely clueless about vampires, those are completely true. Oh, the parts about Claude, my best friend for life, being a gentleman thief? All true. This is NOT a misguided and sordid tell-all about being a modern-day vampire. (wink wink) My vampire club for accidental vampires, Friends of Vlad does not exist. Neither do vampires like the terrifying and beautiful Beatrice. There is no big bad vampire boss named Harry pushing vampires into the 21st Century. Also nope about the vampire club in the heart of Toronto and a big nope on Madame Vera's House of the Not-so-dead. I'm just an ordinary guy who became a vampire. Nothing unusual about that. Nothing at all... [BOOK ONE of CHASING THE SUN SERIES] REVIEWS: @DavidJThirteen Humour has to be one of the toughest genres to get right. This book really pulls it off. Thank you for an enjoyable, entertaining read! @SharylFriend This was awesome beyond mere words!!! Should be a BESTSELLER! @Signed_Sealed_96 This has been by far the best and funniest book I've read. I love this and I can't wait to tell my friends about this b'%&hing vampire story I read nonstop.

Introverted Charlie never expected to gain the attention of Dia, the chatterbox on the train, and he certainly wasn't expecting to fall in love. *** A few words can describe Charlie Jackson. He enjoys the simplicity of a coffee far more than the average person, and devotes too much time to his work - commuting included. But Charlie's life is far more complicated than meets the eye. Hindered by his stammer and the anxiety that occurs as a result, he has become accustomed to letting others use their voices for him. When Dia strolls into work one day, it seems that the universe has its own plans. Charlie instantly recognises her as the chatty woman from the train he takes five days a week. She's different in many ways, and it becomes clear that there's something between them. But the journey to love isn't so smooth sailing, especially when Dia's own battles come to light. Can Charlie fight his demons to support Dia in facing hers, or will his anxiety never allow him to become more than the stranger on the train? *FEATURED WATTPAD PICKS* If Alice Black had to describe Isaac Hanes using only nouns they would be beer, spaghetti, and pharmaceuticals. If she had to describe him using any other words she would choose: arrogant, bully, home wrecker, unqualified, neurotic, caring, funny, and most importantly, her friend. Alice's life was going no where until her high school bully, Isaac Hanes, sauntered back into her life. She hated everything he stood for. He was nothing but a one-dimensional pompous CEO who was blessed with a perfect life despite being the human form of evil, himself. As friendships grow, tensions grow. Things never work out smoothly. *1st Place Winner in Romance for the Literally Lit Awards ❤️*

Six teens are devoted to a game with one rule: If a player gets tagged, they must change their life within the next fifteen minutes. The better the player, the bigger the change. One might give their car away, or punch the school bully. Another might change identities or sacrifice their virginity. Anything to keep evolving, to avoid fitting into a label or caring about the junk they own. But their quest for enlightenment has taken a rotten final turn - one of the players has murdered the game's creator, the teen prophet (cult leader?) David Bloom. Our narrator is being framed for the crime; can he clear his name and discover which of his lifelong friends is the murderer before he takes the fall? [sic] is a gritty teen murder mystery that delves into the psychology of enlightenment among the criminally dysfunctional.
