I'm going to change things a bit Lucy got pregnant before levy and this happened after the battle with acnologia and zeref. After the battle, fairy tail threw a huge party so natsu and Lucy got drunk, so it begins~~~ (I don't own fairy tail but I'm a big fan and sorry if the chapters are short I'm still an amateur)

Lucy and natsu were drunk at gray's party. They went to Lucy's home and it all went hazy. Three weeks later, Lucy is pregnant and natsu has started to date lisanna.
