Ooarai has seen change in many ways, but this is by far the most drastic. Three tanks, crewed by boys, are apart of a new program to integrate boys into Senshadou. These boys, are all from America, having some experience in the sport.

The War is over. Desuheddo University has been defeated. And the Free Schools of Sensha-do are now at peace. Or so they thought. Once an ally during the war, the newly formed Konev University begins to turn on its former allies. The FSSD must work together in the shadows to take down the newly appointed Commander Aleksandr before he can launch a new war that could see the total destruction of the FSSD teams.

In an alternate universe where the 74th National Sensha-do tournament takes a very dark turn, where live ammo and even aircraft and troops can be used, Jaypac High partners with Ooarai Girls Academy to fight in the Tournament. But unbeknownst to the rest of the crews of both schools. A few of the JayPac Boys have ha a previous run in with one of the Ooarai Girls.

Carlo is just a normal guy who experienced a painful rejection leading to his reticence in regards to relationships, while Anchovy is the joyful commander of Anzio's Tankery team who has never experienced any kind of relationship at all.
