[BxB] Waking up next to someone after having a little too much to drink was no new, riveting story in this day and age. Waking up next to another boy, when you were also a boy, was a little more interesting, but still nothing to write home about. But waking up in Nico Beckett's sheets? To Wesley, it was a nightmare come to life. ~~~ Wesley Dillon's life was uneventful, and frankly, he liked it that way. He didn't get into trouble, he kept his grades up, he played it safe. He never did anything to rock the boat he was floating in, the calm waters of his lake left undisturbed. Now starting his last year in high school, Wes was content to continue living his life as he always has - but sometimes, and only sometimes, he caught himself wishing that something could make ripples in his tiny world. What he wasn't ready for were the waves that were Nico Beckett - a troublemaker, womaniser, and an incredibly popular boy at his school. He was everything Wes was not. Nico was the type of guy that Wes never wanted to associate with, but after waking up in his arms with panic in his chest and pains everywhere else, he realised that his life was going to get much, much more complicated. It took him everything to try not to drown as the waves pulled him further and further down. COMPLETED [boyxboy] After his religious mother kicks him out for being gay, Elijah Ellis moves in with his father, where his step-mother, step-brother, and half-sister also welcome him. Elijah aspires to continue doing what he loves and play hockey for his new school, but his past hookup with the closeted hockey captain, Fox Ridley, complicates things. While Elijah just wants to get through the season unscathed, Fox is hellbent on hating him. Elijah is unsure whether he will ever overcome Fox's hatred, or if he will remain on thin ice. ~171k words

"Levon." Todd answered, voice hard. "Todd." Levon responded just as coolly. There was a pause. "Are you busy?" "I just got back from class," Todd said. "Waiting for Betto to get out of his lab so we can go for supper." "Nice." Levon wanted to punch himself. Todd just hummed in affirmation. Another pause as Levon tried to find a way to dispel the tension in the call. "Are you good?" Todd asked when Levon failed to form a sentence, and Levon realized how out of character it was for him to call Todd. There a was a layer of concern just under Todd's indifferent tone, and the protectiveness that seemed ever present in Todd when they were younger and Todd was always saving Levon from his problems. Levon's anger seemed to melt away at that familiar sense of security. "I'm good," Levon spoke finally and a soft smile spread over his lips. "Are you good?" "I'm good," Todd said gruffly. "Are we good?" Levon asked and Todd scoffed. "What we. There is no we. We're not friends." "Wouldn't want you as a friend anyway," Levon snickered. "You're kind of an asshole." Or Todd and Levon, and their acceptance that they were never meant to be friends. (Disclaimer: there will be foul language, more fluff than plot, and BoyxBoy romance. Read at your own risk!)

"Alec, you're drunk and confused. You don't want this," he said, but didn't try to move away. I could feel his breath on my lips, only a few inches separating our bodies. I looked up at him, the dim lighting making his eyes the deepest midnight blue, and he was staring down at me. "I don't know what I want." Then I leaned in and kissed him.
