"It's okay hon, you can just admit I'm your crush" I wiggle my brows. "Oh yeah totally" she rolls her eyes, "I have a massive crush on you, Harmony". "I know" I lean in a little, breathing in a little bit of her flowery scent "now profess you're undying love for me". For a minute we have this silent staring contest where my face is close enough to hers to kiss- I can do this as long as she can. Even longer actually, Alyssa sucks with eye contact.

!!Completed + fully edited!! ... "Crashing into you was the best thing that has ever happened to me." ... Hailey Green is the popular girl of her school, although she doesn't want to be. She hates the attention 24/7, she hates being categorized with the "popular people", and most importantly, she hates not being able to hang out with the people she wants to without being shamed for it. But that all changes when she crashes into the beautiful new girl at her school. Gabriella, aka Gabby Martinez just moved to California with her brother and mom. She just wants to get through her last year of high school quietly but then, she crashes into the pretty popular girl. Their first interaction doesn't go the best but after an apology dinner, Gabby finds herself becoming friends with Hailey, and maybe even silently hoping for a bit more. Through teenage feelings, jealousy, and a loud friend group, the two girls go through some ups and downs but will they make it out together? Is this cliche? Yes. But do I care? No. I love you guys Btw this is kinda a fast-paced book. I think I'm physically unable to write 40 chapters and make it a slow burn so I only expect this to get about 20 chapters at most. But yeah hope you enjoy! Only rated mature for strong language!

"So yeah, that was all". "Don't do that" I give her a look. "Do what?" "Let me in a little and then shut me out". "First off, I've never done that" she chuckles, "second, I just told you what was wrong with me- what else do you need Claire Mason?" "I don't know- tell me anything- something more" then I grin as I add, "Sophie Wood". She rolls her eyes at my mockery, it's the prettiest type of eye roll. If anyone else kept repeating my full name, it would probably be annoying- but that's just the way Sophie Wood makes things: not annoying, pretty, perfect. It's the way she is without even trying. . . . Claire Mason is scary. At least, that's what her peers have deemed her to be. The shortest person in her junior class, the grumpiest person in her friend group-AND sandwiched between three siblings who all have their own unique things going for them-Claire never stood a chance. Sophie Wood is stuck-up. At least, that's what her peers have deemed her to be. Sophie is the girliest girl she's ever known, the most popular junior in her school-and the next best co-captain since Claire's super popular, super pretty (and super smart) twin sister. In hindsight, it wouldn't make sense at all if either of these misunderstood girls worlds collide. However, that's just what happens when avoiding neighbors, useless job offers, and curiosity fall into the mix. The bottom line is, pretty soon-feelings are BOUND to get involved during all of their bookstore bonding.

At Camp Rockwell, the lake isn't the only thing heating up this summer. Sabrina Quesada is a headstrong leader with a clipboard and a five-year plan- definitely not the type to fall for her reckless new co-counselor and bunkmate, Anna Shumate. But when the senior counselors kick off a secret summer bucket list full of dares, adventures, and late-night escapades, Sabrina finds herself reluctantly teamed up with Anna again and again. Between prank wars, midnight swims, and sparks that won't quit, their rivalry begins to blur into something messier- and far more dangerous. But when the campers discover that Camp Rockwell might not survive past this summer, everything changes. Faced with the possibility of losing the place they all call home, the counselors rally together to pull off a chaotic, heartfelt talent show fundraiser that could be their last shot at saving Rockwell. With the end of the season looming, Sabrina and Anna must decide: was it all just a game, or did they find something real at the bottom of the bucket list? Author's note: Thank you all so much for the love on Star-Crossed! Here's a new story with a new dynamic that I hope you all connect with just as much. Don't forget to vote for and comment on the chapters you enjoy! Thank you for the support. - naokoio
