Both have moved on with their lives, they probably don't even really remember the other too well. Until one day, Carly gets a call from their other manager about the replacement and has to come back. She has to come face-to-face with her first love once again. Nikki has no knowledge of this, as far as he's concerned, Carly left. Never to return.
