Laughing it all off all her life, it was impossible for her to fathom how it'll all come true. How it'll all change lives and possibly, end hers. . . . this is a short story inspired by Richard Siken's work. I've always loved the quote and I really wanted to wrap it in a figment of my imagination. This is the very first time I've put my imagination into words.
