Years after the murder of Bruce Wayne and Dick Grayson. Damian has taken up the mantle of the Batman. Choosing to honor his fathers legacy Damian swears an oath of non leathality and chooses to be Batman his fathers way. However, Damian begins to understand the emotional toll that comes with being the caped crusader. Meanwhile a demonic foe appeares seeking retribution for the people Damian harmed in his past. He'll need help facing this enemy so he turns to the upmost authority on demons. Raven, former hero and daughter of hell has settled down in Gotham. Raising a child as a single parent Raven felt it was necessary to hang up her cape and devote herself to her work and her child. However, she is thrust back into the hero world after she takes on a new patient who proves to me more trouble than he's worth.

Raven is a superhero, but she's not your typical, happy go-lucky hero. She's dark and brooding and horribly misunderstood. She finds herself alone on earth. The Teen Titans accept her into their group, but would they be so accepting if they knew the truth about her past? Could anyone ever truly understand her? Will she always feel so alone? ---- This is my personal take on the DC superhero Raven from the Teen Titans. I find a lot of inspiration in her character, so I'm going to write a bit of a twist on her story that emphasizes the parts of her that inspire me most. I want to dive into her mind and write something that shows who Raven truly is. My desire is that others can find hope in her story just as I have. When Dick Grayson was 13, he joined the Young Justice Team. After they betrayed him, he turned his back on the heroes. Three years later, he was recruited by the League of Assassins to protect the young heir to Ra's Al Ghul and Batman, Damian Wayne. What happens when Dick becomes the greatest assassin in the league? Or when Slade destroys Ra's, and Dick has to care for his young brother by himself?

After being freed of her father, 19 year old Raven tries to finally embrace the birthright she's ran from so long in an attempt to become a stronger superhero.

Taking place after Justice League Apokalips War. The second rebirth universe shares eery similarities with a few twist and turns. Damian is elected leader of the Teen Titans after Starfire is invited to join the Justice League. However, Damian becomes romantically involved with one of his teammates that begin triggering nightmares of an apocalypse. To make it worse an old adversary has returned to destroy Damians life in an attempt to lead him astray from his path to redemption.

Raven's nightmares are haunted by Blood as he searches for a way to claim her in Azarath, prompting Raven to return to earth. She reaches out to Damian and their friends, looking for help and support, and they all team up together to protect not only Raven, but the world from her powers.

When Raven is given as a prisoner in an exchange to The League of Shadows, lines between her and her captor become hazy and hard to interpret.
