Wherever you go, no matter what the weather, always bring your own sunshine. - Anthony J. D'Angelo Life has never been easy or simple for Ellie. She was born deformed, the outcast of her pack, abused and shunned. She spends her life running from the negativity and the darkness, trying to find her happiness. All she wants is peace and joy, but what is she supposed to do when rejection, sorrow and frustration is all she ever seems to be capable of finding? Maybe not everyone deserves to be happy, but where did she go wrong? What could she have possibly done to deserve such torture? This story is only half edited and kind of a mess in my opinion! There will be plot-holes and mistakes! If you see any feel free to point them out and I'll fix it up during editing. This was my first ever story so it needs some help lol Just a few of my favorite comments: Loved it? It turned into my life!!! Ellie's stab made me feel pain in my chest as well. You weren't kidding when you said the story wasn't that predictable. Honestly, whenever a new twist came, I'd say it was familiar(because the sudden situation Ellie would find herself into is) but it still caught me very much off guard nonetheless. You had a knack for making me invested in one paragraph therefore surprising me in the next. I loved that. the thrill, the suspense, the shock and pain. And because you made it first person pov, the reader could relate or maybe even see themselves in Ellie's life. I am looking forward for the sequel. I'm proud to say i read this book and was here before it became 1M+ reads. 100/10 score👏 you[author] deserve it. This needs to be read by many. - @JRDRRS WHAT. A. PLOT. TWIST. fricken genius - @xsapphira 😭😭😭8 literally cried and sobbed I don't think I have ever done that before in a book its always just silent tears...... This book is truly amazing - @daedalian9 You sure know how to keep someone hooked. It was a crazy ride.- @Inumidun700

A wholesome love-at-first sight werewolf story where the mate isn't an Alpha, and they actually want to be together. Life as a rogue isn't easy, especially for a runt living in No Man's Land. Jade has gained an impressive set of skills over the years, such as evading ferals, camouflaging her scent, and sniffing out expensive truffles, but few packs want to accept a runt. When she finally gets invited into a pack, she picks up an irresistible scent. Her soulmate. Jade must decide if she's willing to grasp what is likely her only chance at unconditional love - or flee in case her potential mate rejects her and shatters her heart forever. ---- Excerpt: My steps faltered as I noticed that two of the pursuing wolves had sped ahead and were waiting to intercept me. I launched toward a tree and ricocheted off at a ninety-degree angle without slowing down. One of the wolves behind quickly followed and began closing in. I started to panic, looking around frantically for a way to escape. I saw a rabbit burrow under a small bramble bush and desperately raced towards it. I darted under the edge of the plant and heard the tan wolf go around as he expected me to come out the other side. It gave me the precious seconds I needed to squeeze down the tunnel. My relief was short-lived - the rabbit that dug this burrow had not survived long enough to finish it. The tunnel was only about twice as long as the average human arm, and I could clearly see the entrance. I sent a silent prayer that the bramble bush would deter them and that they would not realize just how shallow this burrow was. I waited anxiously. Willow's had to fight to get to where she is now. She doesn't need anyone telling her what to do or how to do it. Her life is perfect the way it is, but it's near impossible for her to fulfill her wants of keeping her independent lifestyle. For starters, Willow isn't even human; she's a Volpe (fox-shifter), but being a Volpe is more complicated than simply being able to shift into a fox. For thousands of years, there were only humans and for those thousands of years, they killed each other over the color of their skin. But that was then. Now shifters are an everyday part of life and no one cares about the color of a person's skin: it's their species, and it's even worse than it was between humans and the levels of melanin in their skin. Volpes are the most hated of all the species. Supposedly cunning and deceitful to many, they are discriminated against and viewed as nuisances. Lupos (wolf-shifters) hate them most of all, with Volpes returning the favor. Lupos - with their powerful packs and Alphas throughout the world - have the obvious social advantage over Volpes, but that doesn't stop the world from turning and the natural course of events to happen. Every shifter will eventually find and bond to a person who compliments them in every sense for no other reason than a cruel twist of their reproductive biology. With little to no conscious decision as to who their "mate" will be, two shifters - two strangers - are forced together, their fates forever intertwined because of a chance encounter. To many, this is seen as a blessing, but to Willow, a so-called "soul-mate" is the farthest thing from her mind. Will the sparks fly or will the fists fly when she realizes that a member of the very species she resents so passionately is her mate? How can a Lupo ever be with a Volpe when all they see each other as are the harmful stereotypes of their species? How will their bond evolve into something that uncovers secrets decades in the making?

"You stupid bitch!" Screamed the red head turning to face me. Her drink spilled all over her. "I'm so sorry, i didn't mean to." I said backing away. As i was backing up i was stopped by a wall. The girl came stalking towards me with her hand ready to strike. I closed my eyes ready for impact but it never came. I opened my eyes to see why she didn't hit me, to see a tall muscular figure in front of me. "Get out of my way Ben!" The girl spat. "Stand down." The figure which I'm guessing is Ben said. "Move out of my way so I can end her!" She screamed. "Stand down Camilla!" Ben ordered. I stepped to the left to get a better look at the two. The girl which I know now is Camilla tried to lunge at me but Ben grabbed her by her neck pinning her to the wall. "Why are you protecting this human Ben?" Camilla screamed trying to loosen the grip on her neck. Human? Weren't we all humans? "Because she's my mate." Ben growled. - - - Cover made by madbees NOT EDITED DO NOT STEAL MY STORY

At 19, life has given Aislinn Nox many things, most of them she never wanted. Like dead parents at the age of six. Scars. A slaughtered pack. Nightmares. To be forced to live with humans. Thirteen years of hell. A new name. An old legacy. All of them are hers, all of them have broken her, but none of that will matter when she finally gets the one thing she desires: revenge. For five years she has been planning her revenge for the brutal murder of her parents, and the vicious slaughter of her entire pack. And for five years, it has been all that she has lived for. And nowhere, in those neat little plans did she included a pack, friends, a mate she could never deserve, or remembering everything and everyone she lost. But life is cruel. And rarely do we get what we want. . . Kaiden Salvatori is the first born son of Alpha Sergio Salvatori, who thought he had life all figured out. He was easily learning the ropes of the family business, taking over his roles both in the pack as Alpha, as well in the corporate world as a powerful CEO. It was all simple and predictable, boring even. But that all changes in a single night when he happens to stumble across a she-wolf being hunted on his territory, discovering that not only is she a rogue herself but that she also happens to be his mate. . . In that one fateful encounter everything changes. Lies will be uncovered. Truths revealed. Enemies exposed. When secrets and betrayals come, both Kaiden and Aislinn will be forced to choose; what are they willing to give up, and what they are prepared to fight for. Fate has destined them for each other, but sometimes even that just isn't enough. ©The Lost One (2015)

Werewolves exist. Vampires, warlocks, faeries and every other creature you've heard about under the night sky along with them. Along with these creatures, in the shadows, the hunters lurk in the edges, where light meets dark, hunting down anything and anyone who dares to cross the line. The Magi Hunter is only one of these hunters, and would never have told you her story herself. That is why I'm telling it to you for her. Because even hunters need to know not everything you see through the dark needs to be killed, and not all hunters stay only at the edges of the darkness beyond.
