What happened in Life at the House of Night: Marked: Red used to be Julia, a girl that had good friends and family until she was Marked. She had thought that she would be a loner but she later found Zoey and the others and became fast friends with them as well as being Loren Blake's fledgling. However, she became plagued by a flashback, causing her Mark to be colored in, and a few mysterious raven-like voices as well as a few more. She then knew she used to serve Kalona in a past life before being reincarnated as Julia. Throughout the time, she had gained the affinity of darkness and wanted to use it for the greater good as well as finding fledglings that are supposed to be dead alive and not normal. At the end of the incident in the gazebo at the Samhain ritual, she had required tribal-like tattoos encasing her Mark as well as on her neck, shoulders, and back. Now let us delve back into what will happen this time in Life at the House of Night: Betrayed.
