Sally, Dylan, Will, and Jesse have known each other their whole lives. They grew up together, hearing stories from Sally's father about the monsters and ghosts he's killed that everyone thought were fake. Inspired, they started their own investigations into all things mythical and continued until half of the group left town for school or work and their passion for finding the impossible dissolved. One year later, however, Sally receives a knock at her door to find Dylan and Jesse. Something has gone horribly wrong at college, and they need to get the band back together.
