"Don't make this any harder than it has to be, Sakura." I swallowed hard, my body shaking. I can't believe this is actually happening. Who knew that it will actually end up like this? I knew that I have to save Naruto and Sasuke-kun so that we could run away and hide before it's too late. "I-I'm not opening the door." I took a step backwards, looking at the kitchen. There was a knife on the counter, I needed it. If he is going to break inside, I have to fight back in order to get out of here. I quickly get it and face the door once again. I take a deep breath and tighten the grip on the knife's handle. There was one big question that kept running inside my mind over and over again. When will this nightmare end? Sasuke, Sakura and Naruto suddenly found themselves stuck in their own "ideal world"; a world with no chakra, ninjas, wars and just peace, tranquility and happiness. Their loved ones who were once dead are alive and the place they called home is back to normal again. Everything seems perfect, right? Wrong. They soon find out the person who has trapped them in that world is out to kill them. What's worse is that he won't stop at nothing until they're dead and they don't even have chakra to fight back. Will they be able to escape and be safe? Or will they remain trapped forever? Uchiha Sasuke finally has what he always wanted; A family. He has a place that he can call 'home,' and it's all thanks to his lover, Sakura Uchiha. But, with unknown powers still lingering around their world, he has to leave to protect his family and their village. This story is a follow up after the war. The characters are the same as in the original story. Although I've tried to portray all the characters the way they were in the main story, I really wanted to focus on the 'love' that Sasuke and Sakura share. I've seen a few clips of Boruto: Naruto Next Generation, and the events in this story doesn't have any connection to it. Disclaimer: I do not own any of the characters or artwork.
