Tadashi Yamaguchi, a shy merman meets a cold and distant vampire Kei Tsukishima. Relationships between different species of monsters aren't allowed in their world. How will this affect their love? What strain will this put on their relationship? Will they give up on love and stay friends only?
It was all fun and games to Tsuki whenever Yamaguchi complimented him or did him favours. But, things get complicated when Yamaguchi gets sick and confessed his love to his friend in a fever-driven haze.
Does Tsukishima feel the same? And can he muster up the courage to tell Yamaguchi what he really thinks?
Yamaguchi and Yachi are dating and Tsukishima thought he was ok with it. Then he suddenly starts to cough and vomit flower petals which are a sign of one-sided love. He doesn't have the money to get the flowers in his throat removed so his only option to tell Yamaguchi how he feels. If he doesn't tell him the flowers will continue to grow and Tsukishima will die.
Yamaguchi has hidden his feelings so long that they grew to the point where hiding them longer became near impossible. Now what does Tsukishima do when he realises? Too bad he only realised during one of the worse weeks of his entire life.
