izuku is a young happy boy who soon realized that when he uses his quirk he coughs out blood. he coughs out blood while using his quirk because of his weak body. when izuku visited the doctor again he finds out he needs to wear this choker in case something happens. how will izukus friends reacts when they find out the truth about izuku?
