Everyone knows the Wyatt twins as Samantha and George, but only the two of them know each other for who they really are: Sam and Rose. The twins have always known that their genders are flipped, and they know how important it is to keep this fact a secret. With inattentive parents and no friends to speak of, this hasn't exactly been difficult so far. They go through life with two simple rules: stick together, and trust no one else. But their first year of high school brings unexpected challenges that threaten to tear the twins apart, and before long, keeping their identities a secret becomes the least of their worries. When an unthinkable tragedy occurs, they're both left to worry not so much about staying together, but more about staying alive.

"Alec, you're drunk and confused. You don't want this," he said, but didn't try to move away. I could feel his breath on my lips, only a few inches separating our bodies. I looked up at him, the dim lighting making his eyes the deepest midnight blue, and he was staring down at me. "I don't know what I want." Then I leaned in and kissed him. BAD BOYS IN LOVE, BOOK 1 When high-school quarterback, Harvey Remington's whole family passes away in a brutal car accident, he loses all will to live. That's until he discovers that he's not completely alone, that there's one survivor; his baby nephew. All hopes of raising the kid himself come crashing down when he's informed that his arch-nemesis' family, the über-rich Kincaids, are the godparents who will be given custody of the baby. With no stable income and no living relatives to support him, getting guardianship seems impossible. The solution? Marriage. ● "Dearly beloved, we are gathered here today to witness the union of Gideon Elijah Kincaid and Harvey Zak Remington in holy matrimony. If any person can show just cause why they may not be joined together, let them speak now or forever hold their peace." I press my lips together to prevent myself from shouting at the top of my lungs that I do. Yes, I have a huge problem with marrying my arch-nemesis, and I'd like to be NOT tied to this asshole 'till death' - or for the few years until I'm up on my own feet - thank you very much. Gideon narrows his dark silver eyes at me as he squeezes my hands in his grip, silently warning me to maintain my slipping composure. I take a deep breath and let my eyes wander over to the side - where my very adorable nephew is sitting on Gideon's mom's lap, bouncing excitedly as he watches all the bright lights and decor with the awe-filled wide eyes that only babies can pull off. My heart clenches at the sight because the oblivious baby has no clue that his whole world has been ripped away from under him, that I am the only person he has left. I sigh internally at the unfairness of it all. With a renewed determination to do everything I possibly can to do right by the little human, I steel myself and give Gideon a wide smile, doing my best to make it seem like he's the most important person to me on the planet. I can do this. I can stay married to the bad boy.

"You know what I think?" Harry leaned across the table. "I think you're afraid. You don't take risks like us Gryffindors." He scoffed. "Please, you Gryffindors are all wand-waving and no spell." Harry grinned, settling back into his seat. "Not me. I always follow through." "Prove it." Harry stood up and walked around the table. He leaned over Draco, one hand no his chair and the other on the table. Their faces were a mere inch apart, so close that Draco could see flecks of brown in his emerald eyes. "I don't see any follow-through," Draco taunted. And then Harry kissed him. Harry's hands fell to his shoulders so quickly that Draco teetered on his seat. Draco reached up and grabbed Harry's shirt in an attempt to catch his balance which resulted in the two boys falling to the ground with Harry on top. Harry's cheeks were red with embarrassment as he tried to get up. All he managed to do was knee Draco in the leg. Draco put his hands on Harry's hips. "Stop. Let me." In one fluid motion, Draco flipped them around so he was kneeling above Harry. "And for future reference," Draco smirked, bringing his lips down to brush against his. "I'm always on top."

When Cal McCarthy first laid her eyes on Grace Jordan, she knew exactly what type of girl she was. Stuck-up, controlling, feared by her classmates - in other words, a mean girl. Every school has one, and Cal wasn't the type to be intimidated by such a cliche. And the moment she talked back to Grace was the moment she started a war with the school's ice queen. But through this war, perhaps she'll find that the high school mean girl has more to her than meets the eye.
