And they lived happily ever after. At least, that's what Annabeth thought would happen when she married Percy Jackson. Percy Jackson was the epitome of perfect; cute smile, ruffled hair, beautiful eyes, charming, a good sense of humour, overtly respectful, a marine biologist who wasn't the most intelligent but worked harder than anyone she knew. They met in a grocery store when they both reached for the same cereal box. If you searched up "husband material", pictures of Percy would show up. But there was one problem; none of that explained why Annabeth simply wasn't in love with him anymore. She cocked her head to the side, gazed at her husband, and couldn't summon a shred of excitement. There was no easy way to put it; after five years of marriage, Annabeth was completely and utterly bored. There were too many awkward silences, too much tension, and neither of them could even be bothered to fight. That is, until Percy begins acting weirdly, and then they don't seem to have any problem in that department. Light is shed upon aspects of Percy's past and Annabeth realises that the man she married isn't who she thought he was at all. Thrust into the path of danger and a realm of uncertainty, Annabeth finds herself unable to let go of the man she once considered the love of her life despite everything telling her that she should. A story of rediscovery and proving that falling in love the second time is even better than the first.

2nd Place in The Dragon Fire Awards 3rd Place in Science Fiction in the Tricolour Terrenial Awards. " No one was truly your own in this world. Everyone, in the deepest parts of their hearts, cared only for themselves. And even if true love did exist, you can never truly understand someone. You can never know what is going on in the other person's head. For all you know, the person can be looking at you with loving eyes, full of bliss, but really they are battling their own, inner demons, keeping secrets buried and telling lies to cover up. That's what people do. That's what everyone does. Keep their demons buried and tell lies to keep them buried. And people love so that they can heal, so that they can find relief from continuously battling their demons. To have someone to share their burden with. And havoc occurs when the demon is stronger than your will, when love isn't enough to keep the monster at bay. " A girl, torn between her heart and mind. A boy, set out to avenge his parents. A pair of twins with only one, deadly goal in their life. A country ruled and oppressed by a power-hungry mad man. Will they ever be free?

[COMPLETED] Indigo always had problems, but when her father committed murder-suicide against her mother, she had trouble keeping those problems under control. She had a fear of the world. Everyday actions were feats for her; going to high school, socializing, even falling asleep at night. Of course, her greedy aunt was no help. She felt hopeless. Until she met Nate. Nate had problems of his own. All his life he's had trouble staying focused. He wanted to believe he was normal, but it's hard to think that when you're brilliant in class and... not so brilliant on paper. He didn't want to have A.D.H.D. He tried to pretend he didn't, but there was something rooted deep inside him, telling him he wasn't good enough. He felt useless. Until he met Indigo. When Nate met Indigo, all he wanted to do was help, but could she reveal her secrets to him? Could two wrongs make a right? Quickly, Indigo and Nate developed a relationship that neither thought was possible for themselves to have. Could Nate help Indigo move on from her past and defeat her demons? Could Indigo help Nate accept himself for who he was and hopefully help him pass English? Originally a NaNoWriMo novel, The Way the World Ends revolves around two teens just trying to survive high school and hopefully understand themselves and the words of T.S.
