All seems well in the world of sentient colorful beings that represent countries of the world, until a certain bratwurst loving fellow stops showing up to the global meetings held every month. Poland and a very nihilistic Russia are sent to his home to investigate. They find their friend transformed into something inhumane, something.. or someone that has haunted poland's nightmares for decades.
