After the death of Meredith's husband, Alex is all she's got. And Alex wouldn't let her fall apart, cause she's all he's got. This isn't about mourning, but it's about picking up the pieces and learning about how to live with its remaining; because the worst part of a storm is its aftermath.

Lately Alex has been having relationship troubles with Jo. Jo is hiding some secrets from him and is constantly jealous of his friendship with Meredith, the one person who he claims "Has been always been there for him and understands him better than anyone." The more time Meredith and Alex spend together, both of them question whether or not they want to be more than friends.

Meredith and Alex both have had bad childhoods. Can you have happiness happen after bad childhoods? Will affect her and Alex after she find out something from his past?
