With each new child is a new soulmate. Every wizard and their soulmate (if muggle) has a soulmate, a destined life long partner. When a child is born their soulmate is known by their name and status inked on the babies wrist. Unlike the muggle world where you are judged for being homosexual and such, the wizarding world accepts it. A soulmate is destined and can not be changed so there is no point. Well there is one problem in this system. Dumbledore. The "Kind" and "Grandfather figure" does something he can not get away from. He stole the dark lords (Voldemort) and Severus's child. What happens with the child's mate? Will the family be reunited after the tests? How will this all play out and... Will Dumbledore get whats coming to him?

After the war, Professor McGonagall thinks that a re-sorting for all students is best as the war can change people in ways they don't expect. For instance, once a brave Gryffindor, now, a student who suffers from anxiety or ptsd and is now a shy hufflepuff. Etc. Although Harry Potter, once in a while has a nightmare about his darkest enemy, Lord Voldemort coming back to life, he feels that he is stronger than ever and is ready for a fresh start. Draco, on the other hand, is nervous about coming back to school. Primarily because all his friends abandoned him when he chose the good side over bad and now doesn't know what people will think of him. Fresh start, new year...what could go wrong? Warnings: smut, swearing, mention of self harm.

This is a Drarry fanfic, (Harry x Draco). Harry is seme, (top). Draco is uke, (bottom). This story will pick up after the defeat of Voldemort. Harry and Draco are retaking their seventh year of Hogwarts. This may progress to their adult lives, but I'm still deciding. This is rated M for mature.
