This is the end, Thranduil. Embrace it. An aching pain grows in my chest. The hurtful emotions that have been inside of me. Some positive, some negative. Even so, questions linger in my mind. Who will take the throne? What will happen to my kingdom? I feel a hairy leg brush against me. Please, let it be quick and painful, I think.

After Thorin had pushed away every ally over the fate of Arkenstone, his mind turned black and the line of Durin ceases to exist. Death, courage and a shadow of what was fell over the line of Durin in their last hours.
