Naruto is found in the woods by the hidden leaf shinobis and grows close to Tsunade. They became inseparable even tho their relationship is very rocky from the start. Naruto ends up dead and Tsunade carries guilt as they had a fight before that. She looses her mind and goes crazy. Years later...something very unexpected happens to her, someone unexpected comes back to her.

This story takes place in the time before the ninja villages. When clans were hired to protect small villages and were often warring with one another due to this. Life expectancy was low, only the strong survived. Naruto with his older brothers Madara and Izuna try their best to navigate through the lives they find themselves born into. (This Naruto is not like canon and the story takes place in the events that create the canon that is shown.) This may become a two part story where the second story takes place in the altered Universe this creates with those characters.
