As you and your sister Krystal are walking down the street you notice a man following you. You both start running but he ends up kidnapping Krystal before she can cath up to you, after you get home you do a locator spell not knowing that the man who runs the city, Marcel, has banned magic. After being attacked by Cole, one of Marcels vampires, 2 men come to your rescue. They then introduce themselves as Klaus and Elijah Mikaelson.
