His black dye is washed out and the todoroki family is notified for the investigation of this case. After years, Shouto comes face to face with his oldest brother, Touya Todoroki. This is a brotherly love type of fanfic, yes I do with the Touya theory and this will not contain any explicit moments, or any implied romantic relationships, it focuses on Dabi and Shouto being bros. Disclaimer guys this will have SPOILERS for the manga! And this was just written for fun, nothing more.
