Papyrus is dead. As are over 100 of the monsters in the Underground. Now it was just Chara against Sans in the Last Corridor. Already prepared to die here, Sans fights more out of responsibility than anything else. Simply waiting to die, and that would be the end. At least until next round, right? Finally. They made it to the surface. But after an attack on the monster king, Undyne reveals a hidden secret that destroys the group. Can they bring themselves back together, or will their friendship break even more. (I suck at writing descriptions [~_~] )

Sans knows a lot about secrets; he hides many. But when old burdens emerge from the darkness, secrets, new and old, put his brother in danger; and what else can a good big-bro do but begin a double life? This decision haunts him, even years after his suit of armor is stocked away and hidden, after his quaint life of depression, puns and resets are set to loop forever, and his part in the war is forgotten... But then, the barrier is broken. And it is quickly realized that this is not the end, but a beginning of something new. Something that feels like dust, blood, and a suit of armor; an old lie to slip into once more. (Currently being completely overhauled! Anything without a chapter title (ex.: chapter 4, chapter 5, etc.) is old and will be re-written!)

Undyne and sans find themselves alive after the fallen human commits a genocide run. They follow the human seeking revenge. They are the only monsters in the underground that are powerful enough to stop this genocidal human from destroying mankind.But what will happen when they start to develop feelings for each other? Pacifist. Neutral. Genocide. SAVE. LOAD. RESET. Over, and over again. Living through an endless loop has started to take its toll on Sans. Eventually, he just doesn't care anymore. It's the same routine, scripted as if it were some endless book, a never ending cycle. Becoming withdrawn is one thing, depression is another.. Thoughts of suicide is when things get out of hand. Especially when people start to notice. So after monsters finally make it to the surface, they get a little worried for their skeletal friend. Too bad it'll just repeat again... Right?
