A man on his way to work saw a strange brand of energy drink in a convenience store. There was only one bottle left, and it was dirt cheap, so he bought it. The energy drink was called "Dragon's Blood." When he drank the bottle, he blacked out and found himself inside of an egg being incubated. He was told by a voice that it will take 2 years till he can break out, and that he had been reborn as a healing dragon! 'A healing dragon? Are dragons not the very symbol of destruction? Why must I be a dragon that can only heal!? I want to destroy things too like any other dragon!' How will (s)he fare in the world with such a destructive train of thought as a healing dragon? Rallying the devils like him Atheon created a new faction, "The Orphans," and led a bloody revolt against the remaining pillars leading to the deaths of many prominent devils. Finally given the power he desired, Atheon became a tyrant and had many heirs till he had his youngest son y/n. Y/n was born seemingly without magic yet Atheon knew better, that his sons magic was the ability to absorb others. Y/n became a pawn to his father and grew to resent him, only finding escape in the friends he made and eventually recruits them into his peerage. Soon he is exiled and his father executed due to Atheon crossing a line. Y/n leaves with a few words, "I will see you again." Years later Issei is reincarnated into a devil. At the meeting with Rias' peerage he notices a picture of her, the student council president, and a boy he says he recognizes as a new transfer from class. Things are about to get very interesting. As for the Demon Lord himself.... he grew tired of this war, finding no joy or reason in continuing it. Eventually, he desired to retire in secret while fooling the world into believing in his demise. Taking up a human form, he ventures out to find a nice place to retire. But all will not go as planned for the Demon Lord... What trouble will he get himself into? Can he escape his past or will he be forced to face it? When Y/n was 17 years old, he wanted to be an adventurer and join a decent familia in order to be strong but he was always rejected because he was weakest of them all, one day he gives up and got angry at the fact that they all just want a strong person and that he'll never be strong, so he decided to get out of Orario in order to train to prove them that even the weakest person can be strong. 3 years later he begins to notice a few changes, he has grown so strong that all it takes is just one punch to end a fight, at first he was happy about it that he decided to train another 3 years. he's now 23 years old, luckily his hair is still intact. but after a few months of defeating random mobs, he was starting to get bored, becoming slightly lazy and losing some of his emotions. He sacrificed Emotions (luckily not his hair) in order to become strong, he wanted to feel again, so he sets out the world to find the strongest opponent he could fight.
