While exploring the rumours of healing ground in Africa Zambouli tribe, geologists Philip and Betsy Ames have perished in cave in at the mountain Gudjara, leaving their five years old daughter Janet as orphan. She's been raised by the Shaman of Zambouli as Sheena, Queen of the Jungle, and learned how to communicate telepathically with the animals, as well learn how to self defence from Centurion Prime. Twenty years later, the evil prince Otwani has killed his brother King of Tigora Jabalani and blaimed it on Zambouli in order to sieze Gudjara and mined the rich titanium, which is the main reason of healing ground. Sheena is now forced to protect her own land, with the help from journalist Vic Casey, who's fell in love with her, as well with Centurion Prime and G.I. Joe team. The odds are against the heroes, as Otwani leads his private army of mercenaries into Zambouli to start the genocide, but with Sheena's telepathical ability and Centurion Prime's team skills, they might have the atvantage in this war. Can they stop the evil prince from destroying the Gudjara?

After nearly nine years, the evil Cobra-La has finally returned with their sinister plans to take over the Earth and reclaim their place from humankind. After his retirement in 1992, former US Army Colonel John Matrix of the elite "Delta Force" is living peacefully with his little daughter Jenny in their rural mountains hideaway in solitude, aside from regular visits of his old comrade-in-arms, Centurion Prime and his teammates, the "Shadow Warriors" Haruka and Michiru. Noone else knows, that widowed lumberjack from Canada Bill Tanner is actually US Army Colonel Matrix, only his superior officer, general Franklin Kirby. But little does Matrix known, is that one of his old enemies, Alehandro "Arius" Rodrigues, has teamed up with one of his former men, Clive Bennett. They conspire to kidnap John and his daughter and force him to carry out the political assassination, which allows then Arius to stage a coup in his former country, thus gaining back his position as dictator of Val Verde. But what they forgot, is that nobody messes with the former commando officer: with the help of his friend Centurion Prime and his team, John escapes form the plane to Val Verde and sets off for the all-out war against his old foe and the traitor in order to rescue his daughter from the clutches of her kidnappers, even if he would have to fight the entire Arius's army alone, with only Centurion's team at his support. Joe, thus making America vonerable to terrorist attacks, the Joes and Autobots must rely on their own skills and their few allies to survive. Fortunately, G.I. Joe commander Centurion Prime has anticipated this scenario, and so he and his step-father Optimus Prime have devised a plan, that will help the Joes not only to evade their pursuers, but also become more powerful, than ever before. It is now a war of shadows, where any place can be a battlefield, and the fighters are using stealth and cutting-edge technology to overcome their opponents. The fight may prove more treacherous, than it's seems, but G.I. Joe and Autobots will show, that they have more, than one trick up their sleeves!

Little does he knows, is that US intelligence has already caught up his scheme. Will the G.I. Joe, together with their allies the Autobots, be able to defeat both Cobra-La and Cobra, as well uncovers von Strucker's plans?
