Highschool AU Rick is the new kid in school, and he gains a little popularity because of his funny cynicism and ridiculous smarts, though he's kind of a bully. He's liked well enough, but doesn't have many friends, due to him being a complete dick. His parents had split up when he was young. His dad is dead and his mom, Beth, is the highschool's new science teacher who recently remarried. Rick really doesn't like his new step-father, Jerry, and honestly, who could blame him; Jerry is a spineless ball of toxicity and self-pity. Morty, on the other hand, is a shy loner failing most of his classes, aside from his below average grades and nearly non-existent social life, he's just a plain old high school student. Morty's parents are dead. It happened recently, in a car accident a week after his sister, Summer had just turned 18. Summer, not wanting Morty to go to a foster home, decided to take care of him on her own until he's old enough to take care of himself. I wonder if they have any CHEMISTRY together ;)

You're an 18 year old girl that's a senior in a new high school that you go to after you've moved into a new area. Making friends isn't your forte, but you meet a young boy struggling in math, which you decide to help, since he was begging. You meet his grandpa- a rather interesting man. You're dragged into an adventure, and though you hated it you slowly start to crave more adventure, as well as Rick. Something about him intrigues you...his personality, his raw energy, it's all attractive to you.

Moving to a new school is tough, that is until y/n meets a special someone. After Rick takes interest in you, the two of you blossom into friendship, and maybe something more.
