This story is a nice twist on Mahouka, with some of my character stuff going into it. Just a forewarning, this can get touchy on some subjects or even go into detail on things that.. wouldn't normally be put into detail! Now.. onto the main meat of the (edgy) subject! Hiro Haruyama is a new student at First Magic High School although, there is something about him different from most people. His voice sounds foreign, and within the realm of possibility- marks him as a possible spy by the JDSF. Although this is the case, it really does not halt him from getting closer to everyone. His secret is that he is the last of the "Jaegers", which was a program made to replicate ancient spiritual magic/physical magic, magic that has been long gone for hundreds of years. The Jaegers are a group of those who have had their Eidos data and gene pool data manipulated to be able to be something that hasn't been seen for hundreds if not thousands of years- spike mages. Spike mages normally were able to control ice-like substances and conjure them at will, as well as make objects out of them, these can also be easily mistaken for crystal, as to which it is actually crystal more often than not. More of his prowess will be shown over the course of the story. The real origin of Hiro well, you'll have to figure that out eventually.
