"Stop following me! Just let me go and leave me in peace!" she pleaded, struggling against his unrelenting grip. "I won't. Not today, not ever. Not after finding you again," he said firmly. "I don't belong here. This isn't my place. Let me go," she begged, desperation in her voice. He shook his head. "You've always belonged. Since the beginning of time, we were meant to be together." "You'll never convince me," she snapped. "I won't be part of this farce or let you treat me like an object without a will of my own." "It's not a farce. It's as real as the sun, and you will be part of it-whether you want to or not. Your only desire should be our companionship," he declared. "Please," she whispered, one last plea as her hand inched toward her waistband. "The only thing left to do... do it for her, if not for love. " he ordered. "For love?" she murmured, shaken. Then her expression hardened. "But love was never an option," she spat, her voice dripping with disgust-before she struck with full force. It wasn't supposed to end like this. Anwesha-once a soldier by choice, not birth-had embraced duty for her nation. But one failed mission led her to the dark waters of the Ganges. Caught in a whirlpool, she accepted death like an old friend. Yet, she didn't die. She woke up in another timeline, but here, she didn't belong. A misfit, a lone coal in a chest of gold. She wasn't chosen by fate, nor favored by the gods-just an accident struggling to return home. But every path back was closed. Trapped, she resolved to be a silent observer. Yet fate had other plans. She crossed paths with the Scions of Kuru, a dynasty shaping history itself. She hadn't intended to get involved, but now she was entangled in their world, for better or worse. Can she survive in this era, or will she find her way back? More importantly-who is she, really? And why her? After all, nothing in this world, or beyond it, is mere coincidence. • Book I ~ Stuck In Time Series •

They say history celebrates its heroes, remembers its villains, and erases its 𝒎𝒊𝒔𝒕𝒂𝒌𝒆𝒔. But nothing erased stays hidden. Mistakes are meant to burn. Suffocate. Ache. They coil around the finger until it bleeds-or are carried by a yuga-but they never stay buried. An ordinary girl, Tarika Singh, entered Dwaparyug-and learned fire does not always burn. Sometimes- The scorching heat is Karn, the abandoned giver. The silent flare is Yudhishthir, the puppet of dharma. The cackling flame is Bheem, the weapon of vengeance. The curling smoke is Arjun, the dancer of battlefields. The biting spark is Nakul, the healer of destruction. The glowing coal is Sahdev, the foreseer of destiny. They say, fear the villains. As if they began it all. As if the world were not threads - pulled, twisted, strangled - each cutting the other. Some thread tightens like Duryodhan, desperate for the crown. Some knots itself like Dushasan, loyal until he forgets where he ends. Some loosens itself like Vikarn, questioning even the blood in his veins. It is law...threads burn when touched by flame. Only she decides whether they bind or snap. But She is no longer Tarika here. And the myth is no longer myth. 𝑨𝒊𝒔𝒉𝒘𝒂𝒓𝒚𝒂. Friend to the kauravas. Sister to the pandavas. Daughter of the sun. The ruiner... or the redeemer? It depends on who tells the tale. Because, To hear of the Mahabharata is one thing. To live it, surrounded by unknown faces, is another. Among the 'unknown', two men became her world, standing beside her, one like a vow, the other like a sin. Both willing to fall, if it meant she would not stand alone. "I wonder if the stars are jealous- they've never been looked at the way I look at her." "If the gods made her... perhaps they aren't so useless after all." ▪previously titled as Threads of Flames

{𝙍𝙚𝙬𝙧𝙞𝙩𝙩𝙚𝙣 𝙫𝙚𝙧𝙨𝙞𝙤𝙣 𝙤𝙛 𝙃𝙚𝙖𝙧𝙩𝙡𝙚𝙨𝙨 𝙇𝙤𝙫𝙚} Chhavi had only stepped into the forgotten ruins of ancient Hastinapur for the thrill of it. She never expected to open her eyes beneath a different sky, one untouched by Kalyug, where the air still carried the echoes of conch shells, silk, and war-bound destiny. Lost within the age of the Mahabharata, surrounded by strangers who speak of kings as though they breathe beside them, Chhavi finds herself pulled toward a man history had taught her to despise, the newly crowned Yuvraj of Hastinapur, Duryodhana. But the man before her is not merely the villain written in stories. He is laughter beneath moonlit courtyards, a sharp mind hidden behind royal pride, and a warmth she never expected to find in the heart of someone the world called adharma. And somewhere between fate and forbidden affection, between two yugas never meant to meet, a love begins to bloom...tender, dangerous, and impossible to forget. ᴄʜʜᴀᴠɪ x ᴅᴜʀʏᴏᴅʜᴀɴ

A cosmic mishap after the Drupad war sends the Pandavas, Karna, Duryodhan, and Ashwatthama tumbling into modern-day Mumbai-with zero idea that they've landed in Kaliyug. Confused by skyscrapers, autos, Wi-Fi, and coconut stalls, the eight legendary warriors try to make sense of a world where chariots have horns and people carry głowing stones called "phones." Meanwhile in Hastinapur, the entire royal family and the Yadavas, including Krishna and Balram, watch everything through Vyasa's mystical device, the Kaal Darpan - A time vision mirror that reveals paths across ages. Enter Sanchi, a normal Mumbai girl on her way to class, who accidentally stops Duryodhan from declaring war on a coconut seller. Naturally, everyone assumes she's a goddess. Sanchi tries to convince them she's not divine. They respond by bowing deeper. Now stuck with eight confused, overdramatic heroes who introduce themselves with royal titles, Shree becomes their unexpected guide through Kaliyug, while trying to maintain her sanity... and her attendance record. But among the chaos, chaos, and more chaos, one of them sees her differently. Sahadev, the youngest Pandava-quiet, observant, and gentle-finds himself drawn to the girl who fearlessly challenged a future king and carries a glowing box that answers questions faster than he can. With Hastinapur watching, destinies shifting, secrets hidden (like Karna's true parentage), and coconuts flying- a mythic, soft, emotional, and hilariously chaotic adventure begins.

In a world where time bends and destiny weaves its own mysterious patterns, eight sisters from Kalyug - modern, spirited, curious - find themselves unexpectedly thrown back into the ancient and divine Era of Dwaparyug, the time of the Mahabharata. As they step into the grand courts of Hastinapur, the sacred lands of Kurukshetra, and the majestic halls of Indraprastha, they come face to face with legends they had only read about in scriptures: the valiant Pandavas, the wise Krishna, the mighty Bhishma, the fierce Karna, and the misunderstood Duryodhan. But this is not the Mahabharata you know. What if one of these sisters is none other than Mahalakshmi herself, incarnated without her own knowledge, drawn by cosmic design to restore the balance of fate? What if the infamous Dyut Sabha (the game of dice) still happened, but Duryodhan was not the mastermind behind it - what if he, too, was a noble-hearted prince, caught in the web of palace politics? What if Karna, instead of being torn between loyalty and dharma, stood firmly as a royalist, adopted by bhishma & the only way to tie pandav & kaurav In this twist of imagination, love blooms across time, as the sisters' modern hearts connect with the ancient souls of the epic's heroes. Bonds of love, respect, rivalry, and sacrifice are tested across centuries. This story is purely a work of fiction, a heartfelt tribute and imaginative reweaving of the epic Mahabharata. No disrespect is intended toward the original scripture, its divine characters, or the beliefs surrounding them. If you're sensitive to fictional reinterpretations, you may kindly choose to skip this. For those ready to dive into the depths of this reimagined tale, I invite you: step into the ocean of this book and discover a Mahabharata where fate itself gets a second chance. Duryodhan....was he ever Duryodhan, wasn't he Suyodhan at a point of time, where his mind was free from Gandharaj Shakuni's influence. Deep down he buried Suyodhan under the rocks of hatred, vengeance and spite. The only ones who ever got to see suyodhan again were his mitr Karn, Mitr Ashwathama, his beloved priye Bhanumati. He was just a misunderstood warrior in the End who lacked proper guidance. Karn, Vasusen, the sutputr, he never considered himself suryaputra even after the truth, he was always sut putra, he was always Radhey Karn, Adhirath putr Karn. All he ever wanted was to follow his passion, a messed up way but he wanted to learn his thirst was knowledge can never be quenched. Karn was an antihero all because he chose the side of Adharm, who cares about Adharma, when his mitr needed him. In the end his death was also the result of proper guidance. Ashwathama, Daruni, the shiv ansh, all he ever craved was for acceptance, from his father. He felt insulted and humiliated as his father chose Arjun over him. It was always Arjun this, Arjun that. His sense of deep rooted hatred was understood only by his Mitr Duryodhan. He lost his sanity when both his best friends died, he lost his sanity when he saw all his nephews die, he lost his sanity when nieces also died performing Sati. That is why in the end he too ended up getting cursed due to lack of proper guidance. The Great Kurukshetra could have been prevented if only there was someone to guide these three best friends who would lose their sanity if even one of them is not present.

A modern man is reborn into the Mahabharat as Karna, the tragic hero of Kurukshetra. But fate has played a cruel twist. He awakens in his new body after he has already sworn his unbreakable oath of friendship to Duryodhana. He is already locked into the villain camp. To survive the coming storm, he cannot rely on the whims of fate or wait for the favor of the gods. He must forge his own path. What makes this story unique: Unlike typical Mahabharat retellings, this novel features a deep Spiritual Cultivation System. This isn't your standard Chinese Xianxia-this is a system based purely on intense human effort. Watch as a modern mind takes the mantle of the Son of Surya, scales the absolute heights of power through sheer grit, and fights to change his doomed destiny. [Progression Fantasy | Reincarnation | Mythological Cultivation | Kingdom Building]
