But everyone just thought he left oh his own, even with out saying goodbye. Scot and Stiles had a fight before the kidnapping so Scot didn't think him leaving was so sever. What happens when Stiles returns but as a changed man? What happens when he hangs out with Minho and Newt more than the pack?

Thomas always thought that this would be the end of the shucking story. Escape the Maze, survive the Scorch, defeat W.C.K.D, and get to the Safe Haven. But nope. Nada. Nil. Because if it was, he wouldn't be taken by the FBI (although taken is a strong word--he went pretty willingly with Agent Asshole), plopped into good ol' Beacon Hills with his memories back, which nobody still knows how the shuck happened, and left to deal with the McCall pack. After Scott's confrontation to Stiles, WICKED decided to kidnap Stiles and place him under their wing and experiments as Thomas. WICKED took two years and sacrificing a lot of teenagers to finish their experiment. Now that Thomas and the gang woke up from the experiment, Thomas went back to the place he hated the most and go back as Stiles Stilinski again. What Stiles didn't know that WICKED is coming to get them all back to search for a perfect vessel or lab rat on their latest experiment. Meanwhile, Scott didn't notice that his best friend was kidnapped and temporally brain washed that cause Stiles to think that their brotherhood is finally over and can never be repaired. then one day, someone came to Beacon hills and looked for Stiles/Thomas for help, to rescue a blonde and limping teenager

Stiles Stilinski is Thomas plain and simple. It was a little after graduation when he was taken by WICKED and at first he thought he was just there for a job, but after he saw what they were doing to those kids he had to help. He was going to free them. This lead WICKED into taking his memories and putting him in the maze. Soon he was free of the maze and was thought to be free of WICK, but then came the Scorch and finally into Death's Cure. Now, they are truly free from WICKED and Thomas is on his way home unknown to those that knew him very changed. He had to kill the love of his life after all or so he thought. If there is one thing going for him it's that he has good friends to back him up from howl to snap, but what will happen why he meets his old friends? How's his dad?
