Izuku Midoriya is a child with a very special quirk. A strong mutation from his mother's quirk, Mental Illusion. This allows him to send people, including himself, into full sensory Illusions using multiple means. Mother Inko? Died a year after child birth due to a drunk driver. Papa Hisashi? Was the victim of a similar fate when Izuku was 6. He didn't want foster parents, but hey they were nice. He only ran away because he figured out what he wanted to be.
