Love writing but find it hard to finish projects? Looking for a new approach to telling stories? Embracing serialisation can help you be more productive and get more readers. In this guide I share what I've learned while writing A Day of Faces, my serial which hit #7 in the science fiction chart here on Wattpad, won a 2016 Watty Award and has had over 146,000 reads. My current Wattpad serial is The Mechanical Crown - come join the adventure! I will no longer be updating this guide. I'm leaving it up in case it will continue to be helpful to anyone in the future. People have asked me writing tips, Wattpad tips, and whatever. This is some of that advice I give them. Keep in mind most of this is my opinion in addition to things other people have taught me to do and not to do. It is by no means 100% to be followed but only a guide to get you thinking. The beauty of writing is that there is no one correct answer. We each learn and adapt to our own personal styles.
