Demi has been receiving obsessive messages from an unknown person, along with numerous "gifts." Simon notices a shift in her attitude, from playful to nervous and more irritable. Max, Demi's bodyguard becomes attached at the hip, and Simon begins to suspect there is more to the story than Demi acting like a brat.

At 19, she's trying to make her way back into the spotlight after rehab, while promoting this 'new way of life'. What if it all gets too much for her? She just booked The X Factor USA and it trying to be an inspiration to young girls, but they don't know what goes on behind the scenes.
