So I haven't seen any fan fictions lately like this, so here's my spin of it! Izuku is a average assumed quirkless guy, with immortality. This is his spiral to being one of the most known figures in hero society, despite being a civilian. And if he dismantles a few governments on the way? Well that's for you to see. Izuku Midoriya being a quirkless person got bullied for dreaming to be a hero without a quirk. But who said he wanted to be a hero?, he didn't even say he wanted to be one. He just wanted to be a detective like his father Hisashi Midoriya. But what if he got into the hero course of UA because of his high intelligence? Will his dream to be a detective change into wanting to be a hero? or Was Nezu planning something?.

Izuku Midoriya was a genius and quite possibly the kindest and most adorable boy you'd ever meet. Until he wasn't. Really hope could only go so far. Izuku was four when the first piece of his heart shattered. When his best friend became his wirst nightmare. When his dream seemed even further away. But still he had hope, he'd become a hero one day. Izuku was thirteen the first time he thought about killing himself. And he was fourteen the first time someone told him to. When he was fifteen, Izuku's last piece of hope was crushed. Like a delicate flower in a fist. But they'd regret what they'd done to the ball of sunshine, because soon he'd become something much, much worse.

"No one makes a move to help anyone, even if they can, because that's the way the population is taught to think. Either you have a flashy quirk and become a hero, have a deadly quirk and become a villain, or have a useless quirk and be a background citizen..." Having ended up with the most unfortunate quirk, Izuku almost wished he'd simply been quirkless. The universe must've been kidding him. His quirk was way too villain-like for him to be a hero. But that made him all the more determined to be one. Just... in a different way.

Murmurs fill the hall of U.A High, "Isn't he that kid?" "Hey look, that's the missing kid." "Wow, he was gone for a whole year, and he is alive."
