Kyoko Kirigiri is a world renowned detective. She's solved every case she's ever been assigned except one. Her parent's murder. When she finds clues connecting her parents murder and Celestia Ludenberg, a famous underground gambler and drug dealer, as well as a former assassin in the world's largest assassination organization in the world, D.I.C.E., Kyoko starts suspecting her. She (reluctantly) teams up with Shuichi Saihara, a detective who's been chasing Kokichi Oma, leader of D.I.C.E., for years, and the detective's find themselves involved in the biggest chase of their careers. --- TLDR; Kyoko is chasing Celestia and Kokichi with the help of Shuichi because she suspects Celestia of her parents murder.
