Russia is the assistant and son of the well known detective, USSR. He lives in a world full of abilities and powers, his own ability allows him to create animals made of ice. However, when his father is assigned to a case with a criminal that has drove various detectives and officers mad trying to catch him, USSR can not simply decline. This famous criminal is known by the name of USA, a man well known for killing serial killers and working in the black market. He is a feared figure across the whole world. But how has this man managed to avoid capture and escape it every time? Well, it has to do entirely with his own ability. USA possesses the ability to shapeshift into different forms, each with their own little perks and advantages. There is literally a filing cabinet full of as much information as possibly gathered on each of his forms, nicknamed "State forms" as USA himself calls them. Though, after meeting Russia, USA takes an interest and starts telling more information than usual to Russia, stringing him along for his own amusement. But even with all this information, will America ever truly be caught and locked up for good? The workers thought that 666 was a parting gift from the foundation CEO USSR when he dissapeared and was never to be seen again. 666 was contained in a room isolated from all the others, so America could do better reaserch, they believed that once he gained 666's trust, they could use him for war. But America thinks otherwise. Maybe even more than that.

Once there was peace. Where creatures and mortals and monsters lived alongside each other, loved one another. But then there was a murder and war engulfed the lands. Mortals turned on their friends, ripping through their territories and lives, destroying everything they had ever built together. Attempting to wipe out those who they saw as imperfect. Unnatural. Beasts. But they weren't able to wipe them all.
