Before there was a swinging fourteen-year-old in red spandex, before said fourteen-year-old was even a thing--an idea--there was the couple. The media had claimed the Stark x Rogers couple to be the best couple of the century. They were the power couple. But behind the fame and the cameras, there was still the same dysfunctional men who had problems they hid under a brilliant facade. Tony Stark: A damaged billionaire whose daddy issues had daddy issues. Steve Rogers: The man out of time, secretly in love with another man. And yet they expected to have a kid together? This is the beginning. This is how their love started...and ended. And everything in between. Because underneath the superhero mask, they were still human. And all humans make mistakes. [Prequel to As Long As the Sun Burns] ***TW for child abuse*** NOTE: Be sure you've read Tony's Universe the entire trilogy!

Peter didn't know a lot about why his parents split up. It happened when he was a baby, and his dad didn't like to talk about it. But that was fine. He didn't mind. He had his dad and he had Uncle Rhodey and that was enough. But when the Rogue Avengers (and his Poppa) are forced to return to the tower, Peter is forced to confront their past and deal with the awkward tensions between the two. And when Peter gets sick from an allergic reaction (it is an allergic reaction, right?) it may just force this dysfunctional group of people to become a family again. IronDad and SpiderSon +Stony divorce Au (Not very Cap Friendly in the beginning but he gets the redemption he needs) Book 1 of the Tony's Universe Trilogy **I feel like I should let you know that all sentences written in another language was google translated. Peter was closer than ever with his parents---sort of---and his Aunt was okay and things finally seemed to be going back to normal. Of course with Peter's luck it wasn't going to last. With Hydra being Hydra and having nefarious plots to backup their evil ones, a strange sickness, a missing teen, as well as Peter's crippling PTSD, Peter's life may just spiral out of control once more. Thank god for the Avengers, right? Sequel to: Finding Their Way Home

Peter Benjamin-Edward Stark went missing on a Tuesday. For months the entirety of the New York police department, as well as anyone else the Starks could convince to join, searched for the tot. He was only three when he was taken and for four months, two weeks, and four days, Tony Stark and Pepper Stark (nee Potts) worried and fretted over their beloved child. Peter Benjamin-Edward Stark was murdered on a Friday. A ransom call gone wrong spelt the end of the child's life. The world grieved as the kidnappers gleefully told the devastated parents they'd find his body in the morning. They never did. Twelve years passed and the family was still grieving, and Tony Stark worked tirelessly to find his only child's killer and gain justice for his son. Meanwhile Peter Parker was having the worst day ever. He just wanted to help people but instead he gets stabbed. That's just his luck.

[CURRENTLY REWRITING] Peter didn't want his parents to die, or his aunt and uncle to sacrifice their lives for his. He didn't want those cruel and twisted bastards to hurt him. He didn't want to get separated from his best friend. He didn't want 𝘩𝘪𝘮 to sneak into his room when everyone was asleep. No child should've endured the pain he has. But life's like that, y'know? Just when everything starts to look up, it always comes crashing down. Or Peter is put into a new foster home and, for the first time in two years, everything is looking up. But Peter should know by now that 'Parker Luck' never goes easy on him. Enter Skip Westcott. When you're at your lowest things can only go up, right? ✩→ ------------------- ←✩ Trigger Warning: emotional, physical & sexual abuse, suicidal thoughts/actions, swearing This is irondad & spideypool ✩→ ------------------- ←✩ The cover art is done by spidey-art on Tumblr All characters are owned by Marvel, however, I own the plot and any OCs

This is just a one-shot, but it's fairly long. Peter's class is going on a field trip to his own home: Stark Tower, home of Stark Industries and second home to the Avengers. Peter's class doesn't even believe him about his internship with Tony Stark; they would never believe that Tony was actually his dad, as are Steve Rogers and Bucky Barnes. Will the class discover Peter's parentage? Will they find out he's Spider-Man? (Spoiler: Yes, yes they will) I know there are a lot of field trip fics, but I love them, and I tried to make mine as exciting as I could.
