The story is based on Japanese version of Mischievous Kiss: Love in Tokyo 2. It begins when Naoki went to Kobe and Kotoko was studying hard to become a nurse. She went to visit him in Kobe after 2 months since he went and then decided to concentrate on her studies. She had approx. 10 months left for the final national examination to become a nurse.
