When Italy first propose the idea of visiting other nations as a vacation, America was the first to raise his hand and agreed to be the first host. But when the other nations arrived they notice something different about the America. Meanwhile the count down begins from 7 days.

I do not own Hetalia So this is a headcanon I came up with that America has autism and also social anxiety along with it. When he gets overwhelmed or upset, Canada takes him somewhere quiet so he can calm down. Also that Iggy and Francey know about this to, and Japan suspects it but understands and doesn't judge.
