Hermione's admitted herself to a mental institute in the hopes of healing from the war as quickly as possible and moving on with her life. However, her plans are thwarted when she realizes Draco Malfoy is a patient at the same clinic. Her anger turns to confusion when she learns that he is just as broken by the war as she is and forgiving him might be the thing that allows her to finally heal.

When Hermione visits her favorite muggle cafe in London she never expects to run into Draco Malfoy for the first time in three or four years and he has some information that Hermione desperately needs. Together they embark on an adventure and Hermione starts to feel a little different about the man who mocked her all those years.

Draco and Hermione's is a love story gone terribly wrong when the Ministry becomes convinced that Hermione has been put under a love potion. They take her memory and Draco suffers with a 5 year sentence in Azkaban and a lifetime of heartache. But the thing about love is that it doesn't just go away and the thing about Draco and Hermione is that they'll put up one hell of a fight.
