Lucy is being ignored because Lisanna came back from the dead and that's when Lucy's life turned upside down. Lucy is ignored for months the only people who talk to her are Mira, Levy and Wendy. Now, Zeref is out to get Lucy. Unfortunately for him, a whole army of dragons is willing to risk their lives to protect the Celestial Spirit Mage.
