Kokichi is really sad after Rantaro's death and Shuichi is sad about Kaede's death before the deaths happened

Before the killing game everyone's memories are altered, but what if there's one person's memories that they couldn't change? Unfortunately this person never had much interest in the show so they don't have Most knowledge they would need to survive. Though maybe them being self-aware might just save the rest.
