Ominis has lived his entire life resisting the pull of dark magic, constantly repelling its tormenting allure. And the biggest temptation they face is each other. Delphine longs to surrender the control and responsibility that's been thrust upon her, and Ominis' raw power draws her in like nothing she's ever felt before. Ominis is sure that Delphine is bringing out the worst in him, as his dreams are filled with images of holding her down and making her beg for him. But they can't give in to their desire, not when Sebastian's path is leading him further and further astray, and they might be the only ones who can pull him back.
