A series of drabbles about the relationship between Lucius and Narcissa Malfoy throughout their lives together. Each short story can be read as a stand alone mini fic or as part of the series. They are all in chronological order and give a hint of the most important moments in their relationship.

Narcissa Black knows that eventually she'll end up with a magical mark in the shape of an animal somewhere on her person: the likeness of the patronus of her soulmate, whom she's destined to love more than she could love anyone else and who will be marked with the image of Narcissa's patronus. However, after her sister Andromeda's match turns out to be a Muggleborn, Narcissa's parents decide to arrange a marriage for her and deny her the chance to find her soulmate. Lucius Malfoy can't stand the thought of his friend Narcissa being forced into a loveless life, and taking her side brings him into the line of fire of Thorfinn Rowle, whom Narcissa's parents plan for her to marry. Lucius is unprepared when the mark that materializes on his back happens to match Narcissa's patronus. {This is a Harry Potter Soulmate AU featuring my OTP.
