Russia finds out that he's having to share a dorm room with the one and only America, a country that's too loud, too excited, and too touchy for Russia's taste. However, America isn't as happy as he always seems, but Russia doesn't want to play therapist for the other country as he deals with issues of his own. His only friend he has ever had was his older Artic, also known as North, and even then he really never sees her anymore since he's grown up and moved away from home. Although lonely, he spends his time studying wildlife and hoping that one day, he might have a friend he can call his own. And because he is unable to speak, he uses sign language. Not really that he uses it much anyways, but for when he leaves his frozen home to go somewhere that he might have to interact with other countries. GREENLAND, a country that never smiles. He feels nothing, hasn't in years since his mother died. He spends his days trying to stay alive whilst also floating from job-to-job, never to stayed hired for more than a month. With a dwindling self esteem and will to live, there's still a small light of hope left somewhere inside him that's keeping him alive for each day, but gets smaller by the hour. His brother Iceland tries to help but to no avail. He doesn't care. All he wants is to be left alone in his small apartment, waiting for things to turn around.

America had a favorite song, and that's was Forget Me Not's. Only a few people that know him could understand why he loved the song, however Russia trying to understand America more comes to a conclusion that makes him see America in a different light. [Started: March 15] [Ended: October 11]

When they're in their human form, they have an animal feature or wings (for birds). America is the only exception. Instead of being an American Bison, he's a White-Tailed Deer. There is a reason for this, but he hates talking about it.

The governments failed. The new generation has taken over. Everything was failing - from the economy to overpopulation. The world split into two sides; The Freedom activists and the Restoration. The Restoration, which was half of the world, decided that it was the people's fault that the world ended up that way - so, they came to the conclusion that keeping the rich alive was the only way, and killing the poor and homeless as a result. The Freedom activists, however, rescued those about to be killed. America, the leader of the FA, however, found out there was a third party. "Is that.. a bear?" "No, this is vodka.
