I really loved EK up to episode 19, after that, they made Sanem act too childish, awkward and unworthy of being a strong and intelligent woman. From then on, and especially the scene at the hut where Can lost it, I almost felt insulted that a young woman could be portrayed in such a weak and stupid way; and that she would blame herself after a man would treat her with so much violence and disrespect. I am slowly learning to like the character of Can again but mostly felt the need to write my ''dream'' version of EK after Sanem tells Can ''you have decided to leave, good bye''. I like happy ending don't worry, but Can won't have it easy!!! I own no rights over characters, and I am not a frequent writer apart from uni and work assignments/reports😊 oh and I am not a native English speaker. Yigit is not Polen's brother in this story, because it was utterly RIDICULOUS!!!! Lol

Set roughly in the late 1700's.Slowburn reconciliation but there is plenty of romantic fluff in the flashbacks to keep you sated. Profanity and violence but I'm trying to keep it lighthearted.

*SERIES COMPLETE* This series of one-shots/short stories/scene extensions/episode specs will be the telling of Sanem and Can's story as inspired by Prince's music. I love Prince. I love Can and Sanem. I couldn't help but relate Prince's lyrics to CanEm's love story as I listened. This is an experiment...The idea is interesting to me--we shall see how interesting it is to others. :) Some parts will be rated G, and some will be R. New Chapter 9: Episode 31 Review - Why I'm mad at Can Divit!! I am loving the Turkish show Erkenci Kuş. Can and Sanem are a couple that inspire a lot of creativity. Here are some small one-shots about Can and Sanem. It mainly features conversations and scenarios the way I think it should've been on the show. These are short stories I've written of certain Can and Sanem scenes that I wished had gone differently (from episode 43 and onward). They are written from my point of view, and my ideas of what should have been said between our two lovers when they were in that moment.
