Well... chaos happens because that quirkless person wasn't just any normal quirkless person. No, he was a genius and had intelligence that would make Nezu shiver in fear. Using his intelligence in finding people's weaknesses, building technology, experimenting, and leading. Izuku Midoriya would go on to become the Verdant Emperor while his Verdant Guards follow his will. They always told him he couldn't be a hero but no one ever told him he couldn't be an Emperor! This is how Izuku Midoriya overthrows the natural order of the world and takes control through his intelligence and the loyalty of his men.

being the only one with no quirk has been hard growing up for Izuku Midoriya, but he always had the dream of becoming a hero but that I'll certainly change when he was attacked by some sort of sludge villain, when it was trying to force his way into Izuku's body a stranger in a black hood saved him from the Sledge villain by disintegrating him with his quirk, and while all that was done the stranger notices Izuku's notebook and realizes he could be probably useful for what is to come.

izuku midoriya a kid who's always wore a mask. this make is so perfect it's nearly impossible to see through the seemingly weak and bubbly kid is someone who is just acting. although registered as not having a quirk he does indeed have one a powerful one at that but it'd be more suited to say that his quirk isn't a quirk at all more of a tool that is undetectable and unpredictable his original name for this power was dark arts but he changed it to death arts he is someone who brings destruction not choosing a side aiming for having a hero license but never choosing truly. he's not a vigilante by any means the road he chooses is his own and that's final this death arts power is focused on canceling quirks while also using emotional weaknesses as well as physical any flaw is not unseen and every personality scanned with just one look everyone he sees he will know the emotional weaknesses and how to manipulate those people fighting him is like fighting the reaper you only live if he wills it he may not be the strongest but one day everyone will be worth nothing more then a speck of dust if you're nice he'll be well as nice as he can muster but on the inside probably still not like you and if you disrespect him or harm him he'll pay it back a thousand fold he is but a instrument of death the real question is who's next this is the story of izuku midoriya a name that will go down in history even if not his true name (I'll explain more of his quirk throughout the story but there's aspects I'm keeping hidden and all powers and plot points are planned and not spur of the moment so no the powers he has are not random and just so happen to suit situations all powers he has and gains through his power are all what I planned and no he will not be all powerful and will get beaten down more then once sorry to burst your bubble but what matters is nothing goes unpunished he never forgives and certainly never forgets)
