Midoriya Izuku ran away at age 10, tired of the bullying and abuse he had to put up with from friends, teachers, and even family. He was a hairs width away from jumping before he met Dabi, who potentially saved his life. Dabi took Midoriya back to their base where Midoriya grew up. Skip forward 6 years when Midoriya is a full fledged villain, what happens when he didn't run away, he chose to stay and fight the heroes to get his 'family' out? What happens when he gets caught, the rest of the league soon after? What happens when Midoriya, and everyone else, is offered a deal, rehabilitation at UA in the hero course or a life sentence in jail? What happens when he meets a boy, a boy who wasn't scared of him, a boy who was dead set on turning Midoriya, as well as everyone else in the league, back to the heroes he knew they could be.

Midoriya and Todoroki had grown up together. They ran away together. They joined a gang together. By the time they were 12 they ran that gang. Now they were 18 and ever since Midoriya admitted to liking him, Todoroki used him, for whatever reason. It was no secret that Todoroki didn't like him, but Midoriya chose to believe that he did. All hope went away when Todoroki decided he was going to be the new spy for their gang. Todoroki, apparently, thought sending Midoriya right into the cross fire was a good idea. Midoriya was still hanging off the edge of the 35 story building with nothing but Kirishima's hand keeping him from life or death. Kirishima finally pulled Midoriya over the railing, pulling him into a hug. "We'll protect you, I promise. If you don't want to take us down, then don't. You do what you want to do. Forget Todoroki. You'll be safe here, though you'll need to be asked a few questions." Midoriya shakily nodded, he was expecting that.
